We strive to provide the upmost quality tools and materials. If you purchase an item that arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it for you. For return inquiries please message us at support@punchneedleworld.com
Yarn
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on yarn, so please make sure you have selected your colors carefully! If you have questions about the difference between shades, we recommend purchasing one of our Yarn Color Cards so you can see samples of all of our 42 colors before you place an order.
If you have been sent the wrong color by mistake, please message us at support@punchneedleworld.com
PDF Patterns & Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for digital products, including our PDF pattern downloads and gift cards. For any questions or concerns, please message us at support@punchneedleworld.com
In-Person Classes & Workshops
Tickets for in-person classes & workshops are non-refundable, unless a notice of cancellation is emailed to hello@punchneedleworld.com 72 hours before your class. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can try to fill your spot! Cancellations within 72 hours are eligible for a refund in the form of a gift certificate to be used towards a future class.
